Embrace, Heal and Grow
Hi, I’m Jessica Nava Orellana #LMFT 153165. I’m a mom, a wife, a caregiver, and a therapist and I’m so glad you’re here…
At Clover Bear Family Counseling, we provide bilingual (English/Spanish) therapy for mothers, birthing parents, children, and families across California. As a Latina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years of experience in postpartum mental health, I specialize in supporting mothers navigating postpartum anxiety and depression, as well as families raising neurodivergent children, including autism and ADHD.
I’m dedicated to supporting families through some of life’s most tender and transformative seasons. With over five years of experience in postpartum mental health, I help mothers navigate postpartum anxiety, depression, and identity changes with compassion and cultural understanding.
My work is also deeply shaped by my personal journey raising neurodivergent children. Clover Bear Family Counseling reflects that story “Clover” for my son born on St. Patrick’s Day, representing growth and uniqueness, and “Bear” for my strong, spirited child who reminds me daily of resilience.
I offer neurodiversity affirming, family centered therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where parents and children feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I also offer relationship support, parenting concerns, grief and loss, work-life balance, job loss, retirement, and other life transitions. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in compassion.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can process whatever comes up in therapy, whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’re continuing your journey with a new therapist. We will work together to explore and tailor your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy doesn’t always have to look a certain way. Sometimes it’s about checking in on the highs and lows of the week; other times it’s about deeper reflection and growth. Together, we’ll create space for your inner strengths to emerge naturally.
You don’t have to do this alone.
About Me: Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and relaxing by a campfire whenever I can. Some of my favorite moments are watching a hiking sunset surrounded by the people I love. Check out my instagram for real video and or photo sunsets that I love to take a picture of often.
I share my home with my dog, teddy spaghetti, and I greatly enjoy my husband’s homemade Mexican cooking. I am a proud first-generation Latina which allows me to connect meaningfully with diverse individuals, families and my community of Spring Valley Ca.
